What are your fees?

Rates for the initial consultation vary from $60 to $150. At the  initial consultation, we will discuss your case and, based on a wide variety of factors, we will determine the amount and scheduling of your payments from that point onward. While some services will be provided based on a flat fee, most will be priced based on an hourly rate which can range anywhere from $150-$300.

What's an initial consultation?

The initial consultation is the first consultation between the two of us, and it usually lasts about an hour.  Depending on he nature of your case, expect rates for that consultation to fall between $60 and $150. During this consultation you will describe your situation in detail. Based on that, I will determine whether I can represent you. If I, for whatever reason, cannot take your case, I will refer you to one of my trusted colleagues. If I do take your case, we will discuss  ongoing rates and payment arrangements, and create a plan of action. 

What do I need for our first meeting?

The more information you give me, the better. Everything you tell me is confidential by law, so don't be afraid to open up. The more open and honest you are, the more productive our time will be. In general, however, I'd like to see the following at the initial consultation.
- A brief summary of the situation - bullet points work best.
- All relevant court documents, contracts, and other paperwork.
- A list of your top three questions or concerns.
- A list of your top three possible resolutions to the issue (dream big!).

Where is your office located?

As a solo practitioner, I am a one-man shop equipped with mobile technologies to meet my client's needs.  I meet
with clients by appointment only at my office, located at 15899 Hwy 105 W. Montgomery, TX.
